  • Nicki saw my 12-year-old son for OT to address his tics. She was very thorough in her assessment of his concerns and presenting issues, helped us understand the tics, and guided us through the process of treatment. She kept us aware of progress and setbacks and showed us how we could work together to help him be successful. She was always very kind and professional when dealing with him. He enjoyed their time together. I would highly recommend her and CBIT to help your child and family!

  • My daughter was referred for occupational therapy and we were fortunate to work with Nicki Tuttle. She noticed some things that no one else had picked up on, none of her doctors or even myself. This led to more referrals to get my daughter the help she needs. Nicki is intelligent, compassionate and amazing to work with! I would absolutely recommend her, and she is a joy to know. My daughter loves her and was always excited to go to therapy.

  • Nicki Tuttle has been one of the single most beneficial contributors to our neurodivergent journey and our support system. Over the years that she provided occupational therapy for my son, she became a part of our life and routine, my son looked forward to seeing her every week. She has such an amazing ability to see the strengths and goodness in every child and to truly see them. I would recommend Nicki for any type of therapy or treatment she provides or will soon provide.

  • Nicki is a phenomenal occupational therapist. She has worked with my daughter for a little over three years. She uses a variety of strategies to support my daughter and truly meets her where she is; at the same time pushes her to regain skills and build new ones. Nicki is extensively trained in multiple modalities and applies the theoretical knowledge in a way that engages and motivates my daughter. She highly encourages parents to carry over therapy exercises into daily play, truly maximizing functional abilities and creating an environment for success. Nicki collaborates with my daughter’s school therapy team so that goals align and heightens the opportunity to master skills, not only with ADLs, but social and academic aptitude as well. She has helped me tremendously in understanding my daughter’s sensory needs and techniques to help her self-regulate. It is priceless to find a therapist so passionate, knowledgeable, creative, and patient.
